You must read this guide in the first instance before contacting any of the Internal Bot Team. If after reading this guide you still need advice then you may contact the Internal Bot Team this can be done by opening a ticket within the CO | Staff HQ if the Internal Bot Team is unable to then they wil contact the Internal Bot Management on your behalf to try and resolve the issue, if the Internal Bot Management isn't able to resolve the issue then they will contact the Bot Dev.
