You must speicify a user, it will then show you a users deleted history where Infraction's where removed using the `/infraction_delete` command. **These will never be deleted**.
You must specify a current Infraction (not deleted), it will then bring up a menu of the current Infraction Reason, you must edit over this and then click submit you will then get a message stating the Infraction was edited.
You must specify a curret Infraction (not deleted), you must then input a reason. This must the ticket number in which the user has appealed to have there infraction removed. Infractions can only be removed for Warnings. Any other infractions must be removed by Presidential Operations Board approval.

Keep in mind that when you are using these commands they are to be used within your area of coverage. If you are not a member of the appeals board you should not be trying to run infraction_edit or infraction_delete. Remember that at all times that when using any infraction commands you are paying ver close attention as you take the risk of removing the wrong infraction.
