| 18 | You must specify a current Infraction (not deleted), it will then bring up a menu of the current Infraction Reason, you must edit over this and then click submit you will then get a message stating the Infraction was edited. |

| 21 | You must specify a curret Infraction (not deleted), you must then input a reason. This must the ticket number in which the user has appealed to have there infraction removed. Infractions can only be removed for Warnings. Any other infractions must be removed by Presidental Operations Board approval. |
